We walk the property
Outside first, then inside if you want interiors done. We count the glass, look at access, and check for anything that changes the job — storm windows, hard-water staining, a conservatory, awkward ground.
You tell us what matters
Which windows you actually care about, whether the screens and tracks need doing, if the eavestroughs are on your mind. It's a conversation, not a sales pitch.
You get a fixed price
In writing, usually the same day. It doesn't move once you've accepted it. If you'd like to go ahead, we book a date then — or you take your time and think about it.

Do I need to be home?
For the quote, ideally yes — it's much easier to agree what's included when you can point at things. If that's difficult, we can quote the exterior on our own and confirm the interior with you afterwards.
Is the visit really free?
Yes, and there's no obligation attached to it. We don't charge for quoting and we don't ask for a deposit to hold a booking.
Can you just quote from photos?
Often, yes — for a straightforward home it saves everyone a trip. Send photos through the quote form and we'll price it from those. An in-person visit is better for larger properties, anything above two storeys, or if there's hard-water staining to assess.
What if I need to move the appointment?
Use the link in your confirmation email, or just call or text. No notice period and nothing to pay — it's a quote, not a job.
