7-day rain guarantee
If a storm dirties your exterior glass within seven days of a clean, we come back and redo the affected windows. No charge, no argument.
Free touch-ups
Dog nose prints on the patio door, a handprint at kid height, a bird strike. Message us and we'll sort it on our next pass through your area.
Locked pricing
On Quarterly and Monthly, your rate is fixed for twelve months from your first visit — even if our published pricing goes up.

Am I locked into a contract?
No. Cancel any time, for any reason, with no fee and no phone call where we try to talk you out of it. You just pay for visits you've already had.
How does the discount work?
It's a flat amount off every scheduled visit — $50, $100 or $150 depending on your plan — taken off your quoted price. It comes off the visit total, so if you add gutter cleaning or pressure washing to the same visit you still get the full amount. That's why bundling is worth doing.
Can I skip or move a visit?
Move it, any time — just give us a couple of days' notice. Skipping is fine too, though if you skip enough that you're back to twice a year we'll move you to the Seasonal rate rather than quietly keeping you on the higher discount.
Which plan actually suits my house?
Most GTA homes are well served by the Seasonal. Go Quarterly if you're on a busy road, on a corner lot, near construction, or your sprinklers hit the glass — those are the conditions that etch hard water in. Monthly is genuinely aimed at large homes with a lot of glass. We'll tell you which one you need when we quote, even when that's the cheaper one.
How and when do I pay?
After each visit, once you've seen the work — e-transfer, credit card or cheque. Monthly plan customers can be invoiced once a month instead if that's easier.
